You tune your "engine" where it's got good out of the hole punch and good top end performance with a nice smoke trail.
Everyones tune is going to be different here dude. No one knows where you live, the elevation, what surface you run on, what type of fuel % of nitro ETC. ETC.
You might as well have said "hey, how do I fix my engine" and thats it. How is anyone supposed to know all the details?

there's more to it, but that's as simple as I can make it for the start.

yea like heres my problem. i get it to where there is awesome bottom end, but my top end seems to be not all there. and when the tires are off the ground i can get all my top end. if gas comes out the exhaust in liquid form still im guessing i still need to lean it out right?. am i even currect with the needle that goes into the slide part of the carb, same place ball end connects to, thas the high speed right.? and the low speed is the one that actually adjust the idle

No ... The low speed needle is the one on the ball end. The high speed needle is the one in the brass sleeve and the idle needle is a small needle on the side of the carb. This all assumes that you don't have a mid range needle which would be on the opposite end of the carb slide.
