I would have speculate that it is not a coincidence that the car was tested here in nor cal. They could have tested it anywhere and the original test site at riverfront is the closest track to Lutz. Hummmm I do know that wherever Luts goes he will be great.
Not to mention when i blew up a motor

He let me race one of his!

Back to KYOSHO! Ryan! mp9 TKi2!!!

Kyosho would be a good choice. Him and Tebo would be great teammates.

Why no Kyosho? He was privateer with them before he went factory at Tamiya right?

He was no privateer. He ran for/worked for kyosho and actually was their team manager if I'm not mistaken. VERY doubtful that he would go back to kyosho.

Default " The Decision"

INSIDER INFRORMATION

I’ve learned that Ryan plans to announce “The Decision” next Thursday night in a one hour prime time television special on ESPN.

Rumor is that he will announce that he is " Taking his talents to Miami ” to play with his buddies Bosh, D-Wade, and Bron Bron on the Miami Heat. (It must be that Northern Ohio connection)

Just kidding.

Good luck and continued success wherever you end up Ryan.

Nope He was the Team Manger/employer with Kyosho. If or when he sign with someone i think he wants to work with them.

When i was with Kyosho i called him just about every weekend and we talk about the mp9 before it came out. Also i had my new truggy stolen from my house and he hook me up with some freebie. No truggy but other small stuff.

You're correct. He was a factory driver and the team manager, left the K factory team and moved to Tamiya/TRF as full time driver. Which makes me wonder why he left the TRF team?

Nonetheless, he gave my TRF801x buggy an image when we was racing it since I was the only one who had one at my local track.

Atleast make it sound cool, name dropping is lame......

Its cool to know someone and all, but play it down some, it helps. Other wise everybody and their brother is gonna slam you and call you a liar.

Try it from this angle.

First try to add something to the conversation. Rather than say, hey look i have his phone number, why not say.........
"I have raced with Ryan over the years and he is a great guy and has been a lot of help to me(or maybe you have helped him, either way state your relationship to give some validity to the statement). I am willing to bet he has plenty of choices right now. He is just waiting for the RIGHT one. "
