Default Motor Question

I recently bought a Losi XXXNT with a NovaRossi M12 engine. Does anyone know anything about this engine? I've done a google search and it appears it's an old motor. Does anyone know what the needles should be set at?

Should I donate it to a RC Museum?

i have had many of these...start with flush on the hi-side and 3 turns out on the lo-side.
new bearings, cranks and rods can still be found for these old mugen/novarossi engines (m12 and mt12).

the m12 versions had 3 and the mt12 had the 2.
if you have a mid speed needle you can pm me and ill show you how to adjust it.

m is for mugen- mt is truck -m12 is the on-road version,
the mt12 has the standard threaded crank and the m12 had the sg crank.
