Ive had a half gallon of byrons sitting for 3 months in my room covored on my shelf and its the same color as day 1. As long as its on a piece of wood like a shelf or somthin non concrete or dirt etc it will last a long time. I like to keep it under 80 degrees as much as possible and covor it from light hitting it. The fuel should last for ever basically if you follow this or i hear put it in a frigurator and it will last forever aswell. hope this helped.

Don't leave it sitting on a concrete floor. And if your basement is really damp, find someplace else to store it.
