A few questions.

Is it true that motorcycle 2 stroke pipes do not have chambers? Don't most RC racing organizations require three chamber pipes?

Yes, EFRA and IFMAR require 3 chamber pipes. That is the only reason for their existence. The extra baffle they added is only there to reduce noise. This is why older 2 chamber pipes like the 086 and 053 (which are still ROAR legal) often make more power, though at the expense of some mileage.
