I will try a softer clutch setup, the track is high/med traction. real tight and tech well sorta. last weekend i ran out of fuel in exactly 7 1/2 minutes. I will try these changes and see the difference. but the motor only has exactly one gallon on it and i just started to lean it out. temps are at 210/215.

try running a 7mm restrictor in truggy and
6mm or 6.5mm in buggy....DONT JUST LEAN YOUR ENGINE OUT!...but you MAY be a TAD rich somewhere! but if YOU dont think so,then try the restrictors

Tuning ! its all in who's turning the needles.....runing a tight idle gap and a properly balanced LSN is a huge factor...But to make a motor stable with a tight idle gap you need to have a good plug and a solid running fuel.....Just this weekend I had a fellow running his engine at 285 and making 9.5 mins on a Picco Boost...after changing to a cooler plug and readjusting the needles we had 240 degrees and 13:48 runtime....with the proper tuning and setup many engines are capable of a 10 minute pitstop, but it requires some finesse and knowledge to achieve..... Also don't discount fuels, some fuels will give a fair bit more runtime then other fuels...

sorry bud, but Im my experience it all makes a difference, all the factors play a huge roll in run time.

plus I think i have done quite abit of racing this summer and I pitted for a bunch of people with all kids of engines and set ups. I have only seen one driver that could pit at the 10 min mark if needed.......He was running RB engines and I know his stuff is DIALED......

The car it's self also plays a huge part, some cars have a much more efficient drive train than others. Some people don't do much maintenance and even the cars that have an efficient drive train will suffer due to bound up bearings. I have also seen guys that clean all grease out of bearings and run all metal shield bearings in the drive train and hubs and still not get 10 minutes with a super free drive train. LEAN her out, I really doubt there is an engine out there that's going to run for 10 minutes at 210 degrees. I don't own a temp gun, but I am sure 250+ is quite normal for me when tuned for max run time.

Ninjas arent really known for their run times, are they? Search some previous threads on here for engines known for run time and you'll have that much of a head start when you tackle......

with a nova +4, 6,5mm restrictor and the 9901 pipe you will get 10minutes quite easy, because it's capable of around 13-14min stops....

My Ninja goes 12:23 minutes on a tank - in a truggy - using OS P3 plugs - at only 96 degrees Celcius (200F i think). So I can easily go to a P4 plug and lean it out and go even further.

10+ min in buggy with Ninja is common (here in Denmark atleast).

The important thing about the Ninja, is that you use the Ninja EFRA-2042 (or OS T-2060) exhaust - without it, it wont go far on a tank of fuel.

You have all missed the most obvious and the biggest factor. THE TRACK.

A really smooth, super fast, high bite track and no one fast is going to be going 10 min. Oh it can be done, but this track can take all the HP you can give it. Better results will be had by going balls to the wall and running much faster laps that will more than make up for the time of the stop.

Slick, tight, bumpy as hell blown out track and even the most fuel guzzling motor should be able to go 10 with smooth driving.

Yes they are.I've gotten 12 minutes on mine but I usually pit at the 9-10 mark and still have fuel left.
