Hey did everyone read that James stewart pulled out of the outdoors series after his one appearance at Unadilla? Man I was hoping to watch him battle with Dungey.....

Unless you LOVE sand...you don't want to ride Southwick. lol It was BRUTAL! I swear my boots were 2 or 3 sizes smaller by the end of the moto because of all the sand EVERYWHERE! I will admit that I liked Southwick a whole lot more once I started riding a 250. The 125 always felt like the clutch was blown. haha Just choppy.....sandy.....slick....all of the above.

I will admit though the berms in the sand were AWESOME! Other than that...I hated that place. Bike swallowing whoops were GREAT...when I was spectating. haha

Yeah I read that a little while ago myself. I was hoping for a battle, but after Dilla I'm guessing James wasn't quite ready to come back.

Raced MX up until I was 24. Now 43, I have a career that pays very well, a family and two daughters who need me to work!!!!!!!! Just the down side of getting old!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

RC 1/8 nitro has filled a very cool need for racing. I have enjoyed every bit of it so far and look forward to much more.

I raced Mx for 13years, 81-93ish. Watched RC @ 84 &85 amateur Nats on his KX80 with the seat foam cut out (he was short then) lol. Grew up watching/riding with Donny Schmitt, and a few others. R/C reminds me a lot of the old times, people are having fun, racing and sometimes partying a bit, but the Monday mornings are much easier to deal with..

Hell yeah Matt. I wish I was still up north. Southwick National always separates the men from the boys ;-) RC and Stewart are still 2 of the fastest riders I have ever seen in person at that track. Those guys were just on rails and WFO for 30 + 2. It was insane....

Go JYD!

Default Danny

Sorry to here about Magoo! You never new what was going to happen next when watching Magoo ride. I first met Danny at Hangtown I believe 1982. I was still racing 80's and I remember the first time I saw him thinking man how does that little guy so fast. I still have his autographed photo on my shop wall from that day. My respects to his family and friends.
