Default Vid E O

Just testing my GoProHD on my RC8T. It's a short vid I shot at the track, first lap is in half-speed, and then at regular speed. I filmed one of me chasing an MBX6T while it was mounted in my SC8.

GoProHD mounted at rear of RC8T

Cool video. I have a GoPro HD also. I haven't used it yet, but will be soon. Is yours the Wide angle version? It makes your front tires look like you have a lot of toe in.

Thanks for checking it out. Yes, mine is a wide angle. I run about 1˚ of toe-in on my truggy, but it sure does look like alot more on the video. I have another video of this cam strapped in my SC8 following an MBX6T around our track that I'll post up soon.

I got alittle light headed when it was at full speed. Nice video though, its always interesting to see thing in first person perspective as if a crazy dwarf was driving our rc's

Some of that is the wide angle lens that is on the camera.

..yup, it's the wide angle lens that makes it appear like that.

Haha, sweet! I cringed when the cam flew off... then I looked it up. Shockproof, bombproof, waterproof... Those things are cool!

Lookin forward to seeing more!

LOL..having the cam fly off wasn't part of the plan..it survived with a little road rash, but the part that covers the lens made it through unscathed.

...you asked for more, here's another one of it mounted in my Clockwork JL .21 powered SC8, following a buddy's P5 powered MBX6T around for a couple of laps..again, the first part is in slo-mo at half speed, and then it kicks up to regular speed( which really looks like fast-forward from in side the truck ), so far, I love this cam:

That is a stellar video NFMH, freakin' nuts. You'd think you were inside a Baja truphy truck.

Thanks Neo..I gotta agree, it does feel like a baja truck from that perspective. This cam sure makes RC videos come to life.

I love the parts where the truck flies, feels soo much like being there. Good thing it wasn't 3D or I'd need a barf bag.
