Lipo's are AWESOME and completely issue free if you know how to use them.

Regulators on the other hand...

I wouldn't recommend a lipo unless you're running servos/radio that can handle HV. Maybe look at some LIFE packs. They're better than a NIMH(much lighter, especially compared to a stickman pack) but they don't need a regulator or HV servos.

Um... Over NIMH? They're light, run longer on a charge, have slightly higher voltage, etc... Over lipo the advantages are, they're safer(won't blow up) and they don't need a regulator. The best combo is a lipo with HV servos. But if you don't have HV servos you are better off with a LIFE than a glitchy regulator.

screw cheap jap-cr ap! you get what you pay for! i had about 4 runs on two packs i got from them for the m-revo no warrenty, no support line, (unless you speak china).. spend the mone and get a good battery.

li-fe last longer than nimh for real noticeably???? So what mah rating should i get?
