D8 OR RC8B???

i would look to see how many, people at your track have the d8 before you think about getting it. just so you can get setup help parts etc
do you have a lhs if so go, with the rc8b theres usally more people running them at diffrent tracks, and your shop should carry the parts for it.
im actually thinking about, getting the rc8t champ edition my self next year.
i would go with the rc8b since it comes with all the hop ups.

na i have to get, a new chassis right now i might ethier get a 1.0t flex chassis or a 2.0 t flex chassis.
than maybe i will try out the shock mod .

well im only really going, to have the money for the chassis and the body if i have enough maybe i will try the shock mod out.
i know a guy pm me and, told me that if i do get the 2.0 t chassis i have to start over with the setup im proberty going to use the 1.0 supension for now.
now if i get the 1.0 t flex chassis, i dont have to mess with the setup too much.

ive drive a few RC8Bs and a bunch of D8 and the D8 is way better IMO. more stable and more consistent and turns better. the RC8B is good and all but if the track gets beat up, have fun controlling it, they work amazing on smooth tracks but not so good on rough tracks.
just from my experience.

yea but shouldnt the big bore shocks help the rc8/rc8t on rough tracks ?

i think the shocks leaning in is what makes the car unstable. My track sometimes is a little out of wack all of the time.i'm smooth and consistent on most tracks i drive on so i think the rc8b is a better choice. Also the parts support around here is huge for the rc8b.

the RC8B comes with big bores.... and they do help compared to the RC8 but still not as good, its not 100% the shocks. the D8 is way more stable on broken down, beat up tracks. and they are super stable on smooth tracks. the D8 is great buggy, a little heavier than the RC8B but not by much, D8 is better out of those 2 IMO.
