Default Life Pack for ofna truggy box

Hey guys. I am looking to put a life pack in my Starter box. It is the Ofna Truggy box. If i could get a link from the hobby king for a life pack that would be cool.

i linked the article specifically to highlight the battery since the OP asked about it, i am not endorsing the way the author of the article packing his battery pack..

OK OK OK LOL

Since this is the second time I heard this comment about the foam insert, I've decided to update the article and use Velcro tape to hold the LiPo pack.

You are right, this is so much easier to remove the battery with Velcro

no need to remove battery from the box for charging. if safety is an issue it is in a metal box

I use 3M dual lock to hold my heavy 5000mAH 4S pack and it is almost impossible to remove

any Lipo or Life (bit lower V does not matter it is about punch) 4S with 2000mah or better with 30C rating or better will do just fine. For higher capacity batteries you can go with lower C rating - 5000mAH 20C is just fine as the starter box needs about 50Amps

I know but the balancing wires are kind of short and Velcro helps to quickly remove the battery and install another in seconds
