Xray XB8 TQ
I know these are old buggys now, but can anyone tell me if there were any common issues with these? I have a chance to buy one rediculously cheap just as a club racer to try out racing before I spend lots on a decent kit. Were they a pretty robust buggy? Don't want to spend any money on it, just run it for a couple of races to see if buggy racing is my thing or not before committing too much money towards it. I can still get parts locally as well so that shouldnt be an issue.

My XRAY was rediculously strong. I hit a concrete pillar at full speed and didnt do a darn thing to the buggy.

Parts are cheap for these older buggies now as well. Thanks for that, seems like it should do the trick, probably going to spend a lot of its time lying on its roof :p |
