I have used every bearing in the US and so far Avid holds up the best. I will use nothing but dollar bearings.

I like the tko $1 bearings throughout my drivetrain and in the clutch I use the tko special bearings. Well worth the $$ I am still looking for great engine bearings tko aren't bad but my last few ceramic sets don't last like they should. I am going to try some high dollar Bocca ceramic engine bearings and see how they go. Anyone have the ultimate engine bearing??

Boca Bearings - I have the orange seal ceramics & yellow seal ceramics through out my 4 rc cars and they are worth every dollar that you spend, nice free friction free rolling through out the drive train meaning that other parts of your car wear less including the engine as it spools up so much better and the cvd's and dog bones have less load on them when moving with out the friction added by cheaper bearings.....

I also run ceramic rear main engine bearings to help get the most out of the engines adding the little bit of extra rpm's too, Boca Bearings have ceramic ranges to suit your needs from cheaper car kits through to all out race kits, once you have tryed the boca ceramic range you would never go back.....

Been there, done that. FOR MEthey dont last no longer than the bearings I run now for a buck. One thing I dont play with is my clutch. And no matter what bearings I use, I will change them often.

Ive had both avid and losi HD clutch bearings fail on me, and I maintain clutch bearings regularly. Since I have changed to TKO clutch bearings I have not had one problem, plus they last forever. The balls don't explode.

Avid has good bearings, I just dont run them in my clutch. I run rev's in my chassis.

Default Best Bearings for Offroad

Boca Green bearings are the best value I've found for the $. They last along time in the worst conditions.
