Default New Sirio Engines

I heard about them making a come back with a few engines looks like they're back for good.

http://www.amainhobbies.com/index.ph...&filter_mfr=86

I will be picking a Sirio S21 BXT1R-US "Quatra Stroke" 5 Port "Full Mod." Does anyone know where I can get pipes I see Amain has them under the Trinity/Epic line-up, do the Orion/Werks pipes work as well? I believe they're all Sirio/Star Engines based?

And does anyone have expirence with the bat pipe? http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...Exhaust-System

alot of money to drop on a "new" engine that hasnt been out very long...I would wait and see some opinions first..and yes the werks/sirio pipes will work

If they are 1/2 as good as the Trinity Extech they replace they will be good. Just run the 2013 or Dynamite 053 stay away from the Bat it will rob the engine of power so much so that the fuel mileage you get out of it is not worth it.

those are extechs! just with sirio on the side. looks like the extech ones with new carb. maybe the silicon will actually stay in the crank for more than a gallon i had two extechs (full mod and stock) to have the silicon come out before a gallon

The S21 the one with the silver head is close to the extech with the same Bore:16.22 and Stroke:16.80 but the CL7B US is not and my extech has over 7 gallons and the silicon is still in the crank but I did have a friend that lost his because of after run oil.

I think for the $$ there are better engines out there.. IMO I run an Extech .24 "full mod" in truck, and it is good, but the mod work is limited to the the crank.. There is 0 work done to the sleeve.

So far as I know, the Sirios, Orions & Werks engines are all made by the same factory (Star Motor Co) so it's more than likely that they share a lot of similar internal parts and/or carb. Frankly, you can get a Clockworked Werks B5/B6 for less than this stock Sirio, and is likely just as good, if not better.

It may have been a sad day for everyone else, but it was the best thing that has ever happened to me.. I have the best job and boss in the world now and I would take a bullet for him.. I'm sure there were people who didn't get there product back and I was blamed for it. Hopefully those people won't hold it against me.
