Are these two items here the same buggy?

The first one is a Pro Kit and the second one is a Ready to Run. Same basic platform, but not the same thing.

yes but the hong nor looks more like a x1cr then x2 note the x1cr rtr bodies are the biggest hint

didnt look at the links. i thought he was just comparing the jammin x2 to the hong nor x2, which are the same.

those are way over priced any way. you can get the x2 pro kit for $450 and the x1x rtr for $340 at amain hobbies.

The pricing for the second one is in NZD so cheap as it is a pro kit just with RTR bodies and not a bad deal with a good Savox servo/radio/motor etc and the guy that is selling it is the NewZealand distributor for Hongnor so will be a good car.

Cheers Malcolm and others for the info. Malcolm, I know Harewood is mainly a xray track, but are there many about in Christchurch that you know who race them? Would it be okay as a entry level buggy for me to race there?

yeah there is a dominance of xray at Harewood due to the importer being local and they are a good buggy...make sure its an 808 based one as anything earlier is harder to drive as had a reputation of being taily.
