Default Running Lipo battery on my Losi

Hi

Im thinking of switching from NIMH batteries to Lipo batteries in my Losi 2.0.

Im running Futaba BLS351 and 352 servos, Futaba faast 2.4 receiver and an AMB transponder.

Will i have to run a regulator or can i run the Lipo Directly?

thanks

You'll have to run with a regulator, Futaba rx's can't handle direct lipo. Life can be used without regulator. I use 850mah Hyperion life batteries in my Losi, and get 45-50 minutes of runtime.
