Permanent fix=new case. Whatever other fix you can think of, will only cause problems.

I feel for ya. Unfortunately, you have to contend with heat, pressure, vibration and fuel, so as neobart said, you're better off just getting a new case.

Man.... what a bummer. Give Chris or Jim a call at Fusion. They can help ya out, but you will definitely need a new case. No way to get around that one unfortunately. Good luck in your ventures.

Nope, will only be temporary, the crack will continue to grow from vibration and heating and cooling. Sorry dude, buy another case, or a new engine and keep the guts for parts, or find a blown engine and use your parts. Sorry to here this, I have had to do the same.

Ju, Ju, Ju, Juh, Juuunk! No repair for a cracked case. You'll just have to swallow it and buy a new one.

I really was joking. But welded aluminum is very strong. I could do it. Send it to me with 100$
