I run the Orions with good success. I tried some OS's and blew them quick....not sure why? I haven't tried the OD, but I will.

I've been running OS P4's with pretty good results thus far.

So far, I'm not quite getting the run time I need but the motor has only got 2 litres through it now and is obviously still pretty tight.
However very punchy off the bottom and to mid, but does die off a bit for high rpm, which could also be due to still being tight.
I will be trying different pipes etc and will keep you guys informed on my findings.

I was just asking because I run the Orion #6 plugs. And I never had a issue either. Other than running it for months and on main dayI forgot to change it out. 2 months worth of running. Going to try a Orion 7 to see what kind of mileage a get

Kev , I take it you have started with the pipe that comes in the combo, 2057 , looking at your Sig you run a Mbx6 , what header are you using is it the combo header or are you using the Ninja tight header long or short ....

Hi Paul,

In the truggy I ran the Orion Pipe that came with it but with a shorter mannifold to get more top end. The problem with Orion/sirio pipes compared to os/ninja pipes is they have 4 spring retainers compared to os's 3, which basically means you can't use orion pipe combo on the buggy because of the wide header and you can't put the narrow header on orion pipe. I ended up just using ninja pipe with narrow header, I think it's called C or J Type. Power was still good but I will make some little mods to get the orion pipe on there to see performance difference.

I hope that makes some sense..lol

I see ya point Kev , I have just sold my Maxpower engine and the header issue is the only thing stopping me from going with the Orion at the moment , I have previously put a Sirio pipe on a different header for a customer with no probs , just not sure I want to do that on my own buggy ...
