d8 is awsome. if you have the money mugen. But imo the d8 is great, its strong and parts are cheap and they can run with anything else.

if u want great quality, light, solid and quick, get the Xray 808'10. or any 808. they are all good. original 808 a bit tougher though

I have heard some really good things about the Picco .21 Engine.

But might want to search for it.

for 808's get either. RB10 OR GO-ENGINES GX3R PIPE COMBO OR GO-ENGINES GX7R PIPE COMBO, or even the MM pipe combo... (massive mods)

the last one is a race modified engine. carefull with it... blink on the strait... and youll be over the end. it's crazy fast... faster then anything else stock. cheaper then stocks too.

the gx engines are the same as MM except not modified. i use gx7r its a 7 port horse hauler, i have it in my 808 and it screams its rear end off, they will easily do 8gallons every p/s, plus... they look very good.

gx3r has one hell of a smooth band. more power then the gx7r but not as fast top end wise.
at rich with heavy springs it will rip apart your brand new wheels in less then a tank on tar or as such

stay away from expensive gear. its just as good as GO-ENGINES or MM, plus the ones i mentioned are alot easyer to tune

ive owned the Go engines and ive ran the werks now a few times and i like the werks. So far my favorite engine is the clockwork ofna jl .21. A whole hell of a lot of power, buts its smooth and you cant get any better coustmer service.
