Air compressors are a good way to blow the bits of crap (grass, sand, dirt) on the outside of your car deeper inside your car and possibly into your bearings; you're better off using a stiff bristled brush to clean off your car.

i replace my bearings after every race day.

im no rocket scientist but i think 100c is boiling so that makes it 212f you are fine on temps! I run my Go that has been repinched at 230-240 and it does just fine. You can bring your temps up man.

Ya thats personal prefrence. 200 is pretty cool. I mean most people runa race engine at 230+
