Neve rhad much succes with Soldering irons. I always use a butane cigarette lighter (or anything with some sort of a flame) Just hold it on the screw head for a good minute or two, don't be scared to get it nice and hot, the chassi and everything else cna handle it (i mean an engine gets to 110C doesn't it??)

Just burn that succer up!!!
