Aligning the fuel nipple....

A little something I have always wondered about, but never fiddled much with. How important is it, if at all, to get the hole on the HSN aligned "perfectly" along with the opening of the nipple on the banjo fitting? I have always tried to align them as close as I can. Never have tried seeing if them not being aligned would make a difference. TIA for any input. :)

I have never even thought about that. I always swivel mine around to where I need it and have never had any issues. That would be interesting to see if it makes a difference.
