Big congrat's to Tebo! He made a serious statement last night!

Still wish Drake could have pulled through and made it 4 in a row for Losi. But he made one mistake on the first lap that cost him greatly. It just shows that at that level one little mistake can take you completely out of the game. Sucks for him. Not a weekend he'll want to remember with what happened in truggy as well.

Again, Congrat's Tebo. That's a serious accomplishment!

Yea, I am sure that they were running stock $300 HB kits.......not......

Big congrats to all the A Main guys. Also shows that it is not always a given who is going to be in the show or win. Also shows that all the cars are good, it is more about how it fits your driving style, being setup to match your driving style and what you are comfortable with. If memory serves me correctly, we had Kyosho, Hot Bodies, Associated, Losi, Mugen, X-Ray, Jammin & Hyper all represented in the Final showing just how good all the cars are.

Guaranteed Tebo could've done the same with an OFNA LX-1 or a TTR EB4. The dude is mental.

LOL...I always laugh at the HB guys. Cheapest kit on the podium, "only upgrades were" race chassis, taller rear tower, +112mm rear shocks, modded front shocks, HD cvd's, HD center drive shafts....etc..etc.... Well the body is stock !!!

I doubt any of the cars were stock at the nationals.

Seems every kit out needs extensive mods to get the best handleing.
For example: Xray needs unobtanium shock pistons and special pinion bearing attention.

Whats your point? Seems like your bashing HB for no reason. Every buggy/truggy is not stock at NATIONALS. duh. And why wouldn't you want to lighten the buggy anyways? You do realize that by not including those option parts that is how the HB is so cheap right?

And yes, it is the cheapest KIT on the podium.. a kit is not an end product as seen at those races.

I think your just mad not one of your little Mugens even made the top 15!

Problem is HB guys make it sound like a stock D8 is on the podium and your saving $$$ by getting one. Fact is to be competitive with it you have to upgrade everything and end up with the same price or more then a comparable buggy that doesn't need all the upgrades....period.

As for results....it comes down to drivers not the buggy's. Cinder block on wheels my friend.
