which diff is it? and which bearing?

i have had one inner diff pinion fail on me in over 6 months of running, and it has been the same bearing from day one, (i had the car 2nd hand and im pretty sure it wasnt a new bearing then!)

it is not usual for this amount of bearing failures on ANY car! so it must be being caused by something else, have you checked the diff housing for faults, any looseness in the mesh on the diff pinion, last thing, what bearings are you using? are they sealed or shielded? what make are they???

hope that is of some use! if you give more info on the bearings then im sure myself and others can help further.

Replace the holder, if the holder is the case, replace that......sounds like you have a bearing holder that allowing the bearing to move (wobble) in that spot....
