heat engine up to about 200 degrees. then make sure your starter box batt is fully charged. and crank'er over. also make sure you have some after run oil in there to lube internals up

if you don't oil the liner and piston it will barely go in.

The piston and sleeve that are too tight are out of a running engine? I don't think I would force it, could end up ruining it. I charge the same to loosen a sleeve as I do to repinch it. $15.00 return shipping included.

must have been repinched to tight or piston and sleeve from different pairing mixed matched to find tight one just run it heat it up tin foil the head and let it idle a tank then heat cycle the thing it will scream just replace the rod once the metal pinch goes away because it will be hard on the rod being that tight i had nova motor just like that couldnt get it to turn over with flywheel on until got it over 200 deg. broke it in and now it flys

Is it like super tite at the top? Could something have fallen on it and slighty bent the top of the sleeve and make it ovalish? If it was good before u took it out then something went wrong between the time u took it out and put it back in. Did u have it pinched? My guess is the sleeves out of round at the top making it stop.

Well it sounds like you screwed up some how, huh?
I think you had better take advantage of Rex's (22racer)
offer to help you out with that engine. Did you use pliers
to remove the sleeve from the case? What did you stick
into the exhaust port to push the sleeve out of the case?

Make sure the crank is all the way in the block. If its out a little the rod will be a little crooked and it wont turn over.

Is it only too tight when motor is assembled? Did you not seat the rear bearing all the way?

+1 on talking to Rex Welch. He will take care of you.

Rex, I race with Tony Bacon. Did you hear he is now a Mugen Team Driver?
Quite the deal for him.
