Bearings for OS V spec

Looking to replace bearings on my vspec. Not sure if I trust ceramic, but wanted to see what you guys recommend.

TKO bearings work well I just got some ceramic Boca bearings. They cost more but IDK if they will last longer or not. I seem to get about 4-5 gallons out of the TKO ceramics. IDK if that is good or not.
