with out having more details its hard to pin point!

but does your radio respond when it jams full throttle as in if you hit the brakes does this stop it revving?

if not you could have a dodgy battery or it could be your reciever glitching?

give us some more info to help you out!

Once the throttle jams I can't use the radio to brake. Also I replaced the batteries so I don't think there dead or dodgy also I replaced the reciverso that's not the problem

oh ok!

try switching servo's on throttle/brake as it could also be a bad servo!

but something like that definetly sounds electrical to me!

check all your servo leads for any cuts leaving exposed wires too as it could be shorting out???

have you got a transponder installed? if so check if the power light is flickering when you hit throttle/brake or steering! that usually indicates an electrical fault.

hope this helps mate!

Or check to see if the servo horn is stripped if your end points aren't set properly when it goes to neutral it will be out of whack.

Another thing to check, pull the throttle linkage off the carb. then pull the carb open and see if it is the carb that is sticking open.
