All of this is in preperation for the worlds, and nothing says this will make it to production.

And if you notice the rear tower on Drescher's car to Maifield's isn't the same. They are just trying different configurations, and just trying to obtain ideal droop & travel settings for a particular track surface (ie = the worlds)

Want to lower the CG? Figure out a way to invert the shocks. (Of course that effectively increases unsprung weight by about half the weight of the shock, so it is a trade-off...)
Something to try anyway.

I'm considering the RC8B and was checking Amain's specs, it says the buggy weighs 3570 approx? they don't say with gear or any thing, anybody have alittle more accurate numbers? it just seems heavy without gear

As a side note, the Caliber tires are directional. You've got the right side tires mounted backwards.

Hey Brandon, come weigh my buggy next weekend I don't have any weight saving stuff done, and I'm still running nimh... so your setup would only be lighter than mine.

nah.... my ride is in a million pieces right now and i'm BROKE. Byrons is gonna be my last rodeo for a bit. I gotta work sat-tues dayshift at work. But anytime you wanna take a spin with my car you are more than welcome to.
