Re-Birth of the Mutilator
Hey Everyone,
Summer time's got me fired up about nitro racing so I tried to get a X2 truggy but Ofna is out .....
I called fellow teammate DJ to see what he had around the shop, he mentioned the Mutilator and I said Muta...what ??? After he explained it to me I figured I would give it a shot and see what it could do!
Once we got our gameplan, this is what we got!

This Mutilator is going to turn some heads on Monday at Revelation, we are going to break it loose and see how it goes, more later.

Hmmm
Your going to want some wheel extenders and zero offset tires.

Here's my Mutilator, handled great on the track, but the Force .32 that was in it was kinda weak (I got the truggy used). I'm dropping a Losi 454 in it as soon as it gets here.
Only thing I've really done with it was replace the front end with the MBX pivot ball steering system, which made the front very solid when coming off jumps.

First off... I am a bit rusty with nitro and my now trained electric finger had a little trouble
With some minor shock oil changes I think we have a winner on our hands. I went with 35 all around and the seems to soak up jumps and ruts pretty well.
The Jammin .28 and AKA city block (soft) allowed plenty of traction which allowed me to catch up and pass other truggys down the stright.
Dj and I did discuss converting to Jammin arms but the truck seems good for now.
I'll keep evryone posted on my race sch'd I'd like to meet the So Cal guys.
