yep the werks aint a bad combo but it ends up being 300 dollars and imo they go is a better deal no matter how you look at it. What starter box are you gonna get? The go is extremly tight the first 1.5 gallons. Get a heat gun or blow dry and heat up the motor to 200 before you even try and start it. Then after 1.5-2 gallons change the con rod.

I got that same exact truggy combo. Get a gel cell, they are only $20 and last longer than lipos. I got the werks b5 and just broke it in today, it totally rips in the d8t! Plus Ron is always on the forums and answers any question u ask him

Id still stay with the go. Its 70 dollars more and the werks isnt anything reall special for that 70 dollars. I mean 70 dollars with the pipe and motor

Get the Werks B5 and pipe from towerhobbies and use the $60 coupon!

Wish the option was there when I got mine.

many people would argue against that... But I'm not going to since I thought about buying one. I'm extremely happy with mine, and the $70 more I'm ok with because Ron messages back extremely fast. Talk about great customer service from him.

yea i got some thinking to do. im still taking suggestions tho $250 is my max for a engine at this time. im not a full out hardcore racer so i cant justify spending more then that on a engine.

yes i cant argue with that service but if i were to spend that extra 70 id go with the mg66. It has incredible run times and it would be faster on the top end than both the go and the b5.
