Default Avid bearings, Rubber or Revolutions?

Which bearings for Losi outdrives, all Rubber or Revolutions? It says the Revolutions has better dirt protection but cause more fristion due to the tighter seal. Im just wanting one that will last the longest. Thanks!

And Avid is all I run, so no other brand suggestions please

The Revolutions are what I'd go with also, they're great. Just put the rubber seal out, and metal seal in.

i run avid's religiously as well.. never had an issue with them, and for the price.. can't complain.

so you put the yellow rings to the outside? facing the wheel? ive never checked which side was rubber, and what side was metal.

well, they are flanged bearings, so I guess which ever end faces out depends on the flange. But it probably the rubber side tho

I wasn't meaning it for a flanged bearing, I meant for a normal bearing.
