Default braking help.

Hey ive been messing around with my hb d8 and i cant seem to get the brakes to work. i have the brake pads as tight as i can have them and have the disk move freely but wheel i push the break nothing happens. i have my linkage set up like its supposed to be in the manuel. You guys got an ideas to help me out with this? Thank you.

Make sure the cams are not in backwards. I have done that a few times and they will not work with the cams backwards.
