The twitches

My buggy twitches only when it is running can't figure it out

your servos twitch? be specific. if it's the servos, it' most likely because the center idle gear is worn, and your servo are constantly trying to center itself. replace it and they should be good again.

Pull out your reciever and shake it if you hear something rattling then you
have some dirt inside clean it out. if not wrap the reciever in some foam or some other padding to reduce vibration. and keep your wires as far from the engine as possible.

Are they JR servos. Then that's called the JR jitters and they all do it.

I always thought crystals either worked or didn't Could be wrong though. If the problem is still there make sure you do not have any metal to metal noise that could be causing glitches.
