Default 7955

Great servos use them in my MBX6T and Revo 3.3 before i sold it. They are awsome servos just make sure you have all your endpoints adjusted or you WILL BREAK THINGS! Another plus to running Hitec is that they have amazing customer service.

i have a 7955 for steering and a 7985 for throtle. I wish i would have just gotten 2 of the 7955 instead. Don't get me wrong, the 7985 is fast and strong as hell but i cannot run lipo on it. And they cost the same.

The 7955tg servo running on 2s lipo with no regulator is by no means slow

Watch the gears on that 7940 , they will strip sooner or later

This is not a good servo for truggy. Not nearly enough power.

Get the 7955, it is worth every penny. I've bent and broken aluminum servo horns and the servo just laughs and asks if that's all I can do.

7955 only has a 4.8 to 6.0 volt operating range. Are people still running 7.4 volts through them with no problems?

Wrong...the 5955 has older circuitry VS the 7955 which has G2 Circuitry....so They are Not the exact same servo's.

Ace/AE's are notorious for wear gear set's and top cases......Ti Vs Brass....I know which ill take every time.

I saw this and it made me think. Since I'm racing this weekend I tore into my 7940th and the gears look great. I put some more lithium grease on the gears but I noticed that the first gear looked like plastic? I thought this servo had all metal.. If plastic does anyone know the part # so I can order up a few extras....
