Default orion 3 port motor help

I have the 3 port motor, 199.00 one. I can't seem to get any bottom end out of this motor. I run it in a truggy, mugen 6t. I have a gallon and a half of fuel threw the motor. High end seems fine but no matter how far in the low speed needle is in no bottom and temps rise. Now for those who have run this motor what were your thoughts on this motor. Do I have a bad clutch set up or what?

You'll need to provide some more info on this before anyone can begin to offer up sound advice...

Gearing?
Pipe?
Glow Plug?
Clutch shoes and springs?

The pipes you have won't give you the bottom end power. Try a 2013 and all 1.0 springs.

Well i'm pretty sure i found the problem. The Forioni clutch is soppose to have 3 springs in it and mine only had 2. I'll have to find another in the morning and run it again.
