Ive had problems with my new buggy. I broke the stock steering servo, but put the throttle servo for steering and put in the crapiest servo Fubuta ever mad that sas like 40 oz. of torque. Im algo looking for a good Rx battery and starting gear, plus a few tools that wont leave me in debt. Any sugestions welcome

get a new hobbie if i remember right ur 200 miles from a hobbyshop and any good tools and a good throttle and steering servo is going to leave a dent in ur wallet

Maybe just slightly over your budget - but I have seen a few guys using these and am yet to see one fail.

There is no good servo for 45.00 dollars...i have 2 recommendations...they might not be cheap but its the only way to do it in my opinion

Get yourself a good rtr like a losi 2.0 or even 10t and call it a day .That vehicle will need no upgrades except a servo to be a fun competitive and most importantly reliable and quality vehicle. Nothing compared to a ofna

Maybe find a new hobby if things are so difficult and money is a issue. Unfortunately nothing in this hobby is cheap and if your worried about money your only going to spend more in the long run. If you buy a good quality servo now and spend the 100.00 bucks you wont be buying another one in a month. If you buy a 45 dollar servo i can guarantee you will be buying another one very soon

I saw the Cirrus servos. they cost about $30, metal gears, and have over 100 oz. of torque. Would these work for my buggy?

Just get a Hitec 7955 and be done with it.

for a tank of fuelor so. get a 7955 i got one years have gone by and still works like new

Steering needs 200+ oz of torque
Throttle at least 150+ oz
Thats the minimum for racing.
