Need more info. Are you priming it first by holding your thumb over the exhaust and pulling the rope a few times? if you left fuel in it then it might be clogged by oil. in this case remove the air cleaner, block the carb with your finger and pull the rope a few times. once the fuel starts flowing it should clean itself out, in my experience anyway.

Once it starts does it keep running? Are your needles all the way closed or too lean (go back to factory), or maybe a hole in the gas line?

Take the needles out and blow some fuel or air through there, maybe something is clogging it up. After thatI am out of ideas?

Default EZ starting

I pull the air filter off, pull the throttle , drop in 4 drops of fuel into the carb. Pull a few times should start.
