Default wot plug and fuel

i have a rb ws7 3 and would like to no is there a special plug 4 theses and wot the best fuel 4 the engihe thanks

If it's a standard plug I recommend a McCoy mc-8. Byrons 25% gen2 fuel....
If it's a turbo the 97t odonnel plug....

P3 with byrons 30-9, thats what everyone ran when they had the WS7 with turbo plug and im pretty sure all 3s had turbo plugs.
