Default Axe Cobra X1 EVO 21 - carby question

I've got this engine and i'm just starting to run it in. today when i had it on the ground for the first time i noticed the screw that holds the carby firm, start to come out. so i tightened it up. about 3 min later it had actually fallen out, than god into the tray of the buggy.

has anyone had any experiences with this engine and this problem inparticular or similar issues with other engines.

how did you get it to stay in.
