Default Buggy rims

Hi yet again.
I am looking to bulk purchase 28 buggy rims.
I stumbled over these http://cgi.ebay.com/82mm-Dia-1-8-Bug...item335ccebd87 on eBay and am a little curious about the rims being 2 - 4mm larger than normal?
Has anyone heard of this happening?
Will standard Buggy tyres fit or has anyone bought from these guys?

Or if anyone knows a supplier willing to sell rims in the quantity I require can you let me know.

The advantage wheels are good but hold dirt pretty bad. The panther wheels I think are the smaller diameter, like 3.5 inches, so newer foams dont fit as well.

4 or 5 bottles of glue should be enough. If you run out, you can always use any cyanoacrylate contact adhesive.

Not to start anything, but I can usually glue between 5-7 sets of buggy tires or mabye more with one bottle of tire glue. Use the glue straw and be sparing. If glue is on the tire, it'll stick. All of the excess glue is wasted and makes your wheels heavier and possibly out of balance.
Try 2 bottles first. It should be more than enough.

Panther actually offer's both sizes....the new larger size and the standard size.

The part # carolina's list does not correspond with either the large or small rim so i would recommend you call them and inquire which they are if your going to order.
