The best pipe for the speed is the OS 2060 or the mugen 2042 (they are the same pipe) every other pipe I have tried does what you describe. They cut the top off.

Another +1 on the 2060. "C" header for buggy, "L" header for truggy. It's pricey, but is the only pipe to run on the speed.

I have a 2050 that I ran 1 race day and it cut the top end off a little. It also took away runtime. It did bump up the bottom a little but not enough to justify the trade off. The 2050 sits in my pit box now waiting for another engine to run it on

It's odd, but the speed and v-spec don't necessarily like the same pipes. If you want the most out of the speed, the 2060 is the only choice.

Put it on that gold head v-spec of yours.

the re10 runs great in my ninja until it threw a front bearing. To lazy today to replace it. But it does run great.

Do you mean the "L" header that comes with the 2050? What does that do for the 2060 pipe in a truggy?

Looks to me like the jp2 would be the only one. Out of those that would probably be the best. But i don't have a speed.

None of those will really fit. If I had to settle for something other than the 2060, an 053 wouldn't be too bad. I haven't run the RE10, but that is supposed to be pretty good too.

Yes the header that comes with the 2050 is the "L" header. It provides a bit more torque, which is why I feel it is better in a truggy.
