How long until electric takes over?
+1 and for electric takeing over i, would worry about that any time soon .
and nitro engines are improving, now and getting a smoother power band.

i tell you the truth there is a of, electric 1/8 at the track i go to and the nitro buggy/truggy wins everytime, and im talking about a good electric 1/8 driver in the pro class.

My thoughts exactly! I like driving both, but there is something about a truggy that just puts a smile on your face every time you drive it. With a buggy you have to be a bit more on top of your game. Truggy you can go out and just have fun. Because they are more stable, they can be pushed harder.

As for turnout, it's pretty close here. For club races there are usually more buggies, but it really depends who is running what that race day. For big races, there are almost always more buggies. It's too close to be a deciding factor in what to run.

By the way, I have fun with my 8ight-E 2.0, but it will never replace the nitro cars.

I started off running E Buggy and then E truggy and love running truggy more than buggy. I have my E's dialed pretty well so I am going to start running a nitro MBX6t as well. I love the competition and how diehard the nitro guys are and I want to see how well I can do with nitro.

Only running E truggy right now as that is really all funds allow. I wish it was bigger around here. Thought about getting another buggy for a change but now i am thinking about running some nitro to change it up instead.

Same for me cant figure it out but alway place better with my truggy. I ask my self some times why i like my buggy so much more. There is a little bigger turn out for buggy but not by a whole lot.

Default Buggy

I love buggies, but there is a lot of red necks in Texas who love truggies.Hehe

Just kidding, but I like the precision of a buggy, and they break less and wear out slower.....
