Default Wheres the Washer For the Red(nylon) OFNA Clutch Shoes??

I have a Jammin X2 and in the manual it says to put one washer (2.6x6mm) on each of the 3 pins on the flywheel and then slide the clutch shoes on. I have a new set of the OFNA red nylon clutch shoes and no washers came with them. Does anyone know if they are not required for nylon shoes? Every set of Aluminum shoes I have seen come with them.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

The Jammin red clutch shoes, part #40926, were made
of aluminum and came with washers and two sets of springs.
They were the same as the silver shoes, but drilled more to
make them even lighter. I don't think that they are available
any more. Nitrohouse doesn't list them any more and neither
does Amain.
