Default replacing engine main bearing

I think I found the source of my lean idle issue, my front engine bearing leaks! Put some oil in the engine, the nexr morning it was in a puddle under the engine.

Being a newbie, what is the general procedure? Remove the cylinger and piston then slide the crank out the back? Do you need a new head gasget like bigger motors, and what torque do you put on the heas bolts?
