AKA Rubber on VTR Wheels

Is it possible to mount AKA tires on Proline VTR wheels? I could have sworn I read somewhere that somebody has done this but I am unable to find it. What needs to be done to make the tires mount up?

Alot of bead cutting. The tongue on the tire will have to be cut off, but leaving a flat surface to mount to the VTR rim.
