KO Servo Question
I just bought one of these KO servos and I cant seem to find which servo horn it takes. The 23T JR horn feels a little loose. Anyone know??

All KO servos use a 23T output spline. I imagine some may fit better than others, but you have the right size.

Hey Frank,
i used to run KOs and always used the Aluminum servo horn from Mugen, it comes with plastic inserts and the fit is perfect, dont worry about the plastic insert, they held up really good on buggy steering with zero issues.

Frank,
23T is what I found too. You could get one of those Racers Edge servo horns with the pinch bolt to make it fit a little tighter. Not sure what you are planning on putting it in though. I hope you are not changing servos again, you just went to the Hitec HV's. LOL.

BTW I run those crazy Racers edge servo horns with the set screws for steering in the buggy and truggy and havent broke a horn yet.
Thanks guys.

Immm KO and quality..I am starting to wonder...
one cost me a top 3x in AMain truggy today..lost throttle but still had brakes.wish it was other way around..glad I have my 2x Hitec HVs coming after excellent reveiws here
also another one smoked on me during run in of my JS engine last week...again throttle servo..both of them certainly werent new but I am thinking they are over priced for what you get..should be fine in an electric 10th scale though

The jr 23t (main gear where spline fits) will stretch or wear horns out. Especially if used with jr servos. their, jr "spline"(main gear) seems to be a bit larger than the ko 23 spline. Airtronics 23t spline seems to be right in the middle of the 2. Now brand new i use losi horn with an a. I have never tried the losi horn with a j/r that i can remember...i hope that made sense, this is wear i stand right now haha
I use to run jr servos and those losi horns were a bitch to get on and even tuffer to ger off of the jr servo. Then after on and off a few times they were loose. I use the hunk o alum racers edge horns with the set screws and they work perfectly. I pit an old dyn alum horn on the ko for the slash. Ran it last night and works great.
