Curious about mixing Fuel
 
Anybody ever mixed a half gallon of one brand of fuel with a half gallon of another brand of fuel? What was the out come? :weird:

Yes I have done this, the outcome. I had to buy a new engine.

don't mix fuel. not all oils will mix with others and this will cause premature failure. This is why anytime you switch fuel brands you should always idle a tank then take the 2nd tank easy to wash out any old fuel oils.

I do it sometimes. I haven't noticed any problems. Have to tune a little bit, that's about it. It's all methanol, nitro, and oil after all.
