Default O.S .18 repair?

The engine had no compression what so ever. So I replaced the piston and sleeve but I dont think I did it right the piston is tight all the way from top to bottom . I lubed it all up and still very tight throughout the whole rotation of the flywheel. I went to break it in and got it started but it over heated within 1 min of idle time. So I image that I did not do something right. So it does have a brand new piston and sleeve on the engine,The head looks great and has a long shaft on it. The carb runs smooth. So I decided to just buy a new engine so I don't have to mess with the problems.

This is the description from the seller, how do i fix this?
