They are rear Toe Blocks. Each one makes the rear have a different Squat and Toe. MXS22 is a 2T 2S which means the rear wheels will have 2 degrees of Toe in and 2 degress of squat.

to add to this, the first number is the toe and the second number is the squat. i think i ran the 2T 3S today at my race and it worked great. i usually dont run the buggy, only once before because its my dads buggy.

best thing to do is find some cen drivers set ups and pick one that looks like it would be a good set up for the tracks you run

I usually use the 2S 2T block on my buggy. Check the Cen Racing website and under downloads look for one of the factory Cen drivers set-ups. I started with Gene Hickerson's set-up up for a rough track then I changed a few things to suit my driving style.

I mainly use the 2s 2T rear toe block on my buggy. I almost never change it.

Default toe block

I've been using 2T-3S, it seems to work ok, the stock plastic one had too much toe for my liking, I don't know what your track is like but I put on the 22 degree ft carriers and it makes a big diff on how it drives it's not as twichy, you can kick out the a$$ end around the turns.

I also run 22 degree front C-hubs with a 2S-2T rear toe block and 5k / 5k / 2k in the diffs. This has been a good set up for me on a variety of tracks.
