I shipped a part to someone they wouldn't pay first i haven't and now he received the box from the post office and the parts not there. Here's a pic of the box. what to do? Thanks in advance. Bigmack

Really? Do you trust the person you sent the parts to? Sounds like you were ripped off...

That's what i am thinking. Now he is only wanting to half the price. It wasn't alot and he was suppost to send the money monday when i sent the part. but he hasn't sent the money yet.

I agree, sounds like you got ripped off. I can't see your picture, but if he's claiming the package was damaged then make an insurance claim (did you get shipping insurance?). If he frauds the insurance then let them deal with him.

Did you have a signature required on the pkg ?If so why would he sign for a pkg that was obviously damaged?If I got that I would open it in front of the mailman and make him at least note it was opened

idk about u, but if this exact situation happened to me, as i didnt pay the parts until they were sent to me and they showed up with no parts and a damaged box, i wouldnt half anything. He is just trying to act like he is helping you, he prob has the parts

yeah i knew better then to do it but he gave me his #. I know stupid to trust someone now days. It will be the last time i do it.
